* GUIDELINES fOR aBSTRACT pREPARATION*

• all abstracts should be in english;
• all authors should be indicated at least by their first and last names, as well as by their affiliation;
• the name of the presenting author should be underlined;
• the body of the abstract should not exceed 3000 characters (including spaces).

 

* POSTER GUIDELINES: *

• posters dimensions should not exceed 1.20 m of height and 0.80 m of width;
• the name of the authors, as well as their affiliation, must be clearly stated on the top of the poster;
• all poster contents should be easily read at a 2 m (6.5’) distance.

 

* ORAL cOMMUNICATION gUIDELINES *

• computer projectors for Microsoft Power Point presentations (from PC or Apple) will be available;

Proceedings: The possibility to publish the meeting proceedings in peer-reviewed journals is being considered.
