I3S ANNUAL MEETING

The 4^th I³S Annual Meeting will take place this year on the 30-31 of October at the Hotel Axis Ver-Mar, Póvoa do Varzim.

This meeting is designed to mark the advanced stage in the development of the I³S project both in terms of the construction of the new building and also the implementation of a new scientific structure that will underlay a significant part of our collective future.

The general concept consists of 3 main sessions devoted to scientific talks on the topics of the I3S research programs. Each session will include lectures selected from recently published significant work from the three institutes and an additional invited speaker. We will also have a long dedicated session for poster discussions and therefore everyone is encouraged to submit challenging abstracts. The posters session will be followed by a special guest lecture.

The main objective of the meeting is not only to promote scientific exchange amongst the I3S collaborators but also to continue to foster closer integration on our route towards the full implementation of the project, which will occur during the next year. We encourage you to register and submit your poster abstracts and join us during this great event.
