National Science and Technology Week

The A.L. always celebrates this initiative from the Portuguese Goverment - The National Science and Technology Week. Every year we organize different activities such us workshops, open days, talks amongst other. Moreover we participate in other science weeks at schools such as João de Deus and Touguinha.

Last year we took the Drosophila melanogaster to the school. Some 12 grade students were visited by IBMC.INEB researchers who performed a workshop on genetics using Drosophila as animal model.
