This workshop won the first prize in the category Laboratório de Biologia e Geologia in the International contest "Ciencia en Acción 2010". This is a practical workshop about genetics that connects literature and science.
The aim of the project e-drogas was the creation of a website with scientific information about drugs and its effects, containing scientific data without moral content.
We co-organised with Porto City Hall diverse workshops about scientific research, which aimed to engage the citizens with the research being developed in Porto laboratories. The latest workshops were Roteiro da Genética and Roteiro do Cérebro.
The Centro de Ciência Viva from Vila do Conde together with IBMC•INEB and Instituto Português do Sangue developed an interactive exhibition about the blood.
The A.L. always celebrates this initiative from the Portuguese Goverment - The National Science and Technology Week. Every year we organize different activities such us workshops, open days, talks amongst other.
