A escolha do procedimento acima indicado fundamenta-se no facto de a empresa a convidar, a SVI – Scientific Volume Imaging B.V., ser o único proprietário e distribuidor do "3D Huygens Deconvolution & Analysis Software", em território Português, detendo igualmente a exclusividade, dos respetivos direitos de propriedade intelectual e da prestação dos respetivos Serviços Oficiais de Suporte e Atualização.//The choice of the above procedure is based on the fact that the company inviting SVI - Scientific Volume Imaging BV, is the sole owner and distributor of the "3D Huygens Deconvolution & Analysis Software" in Portuguese territory, also holding the exclusivity, their respective intellectual property rights and the provision of their Official Support and Update Services.
