Objetivo / Purpose otf the acquisition:

O serviço é realizado para a identificação de novos reguladores da transcrição de string/cdc25 em células neurais. A identificação de factores de transcrição, reguladores de string/cdc25 vai permitir a identificação das vias de sinalização potencialmente envolvidas na regulação da expressão de genes, de ciclo celular, em células pósmitóticas. Este serviço permite a execução de um dos objectivos propostos no plano de trabalhos do grupo. The service aims to identifiy transcription factors that can act as direct regulators of string/cdc25 transcription in differentiated neural cells. The identification of string/cdc25 upstream regulators will allow us to uncover the developmental mechanisms underlying transcriptional regulation of cell cycle genes in post mitotic cells. Its execution fullfills one of the objectives proposed in the current research project of the group.
