O IBMC pretende adquirir um programa informático para análise de dados de sequenciação de nova geração, obtidas a partir da plataforma Ion Torrent PGM, já existente no IBMC, essencial para a identificação e caracterização de variantes em diferentes tipos de amostras./The IBMC intends to purchase a software for data analysis of Next Generation Sequencing derived from the Ion Torrent PGM platform, already existing in IBMC, and essential for the identification and characterization of variants in different types of samples.
